Salmon Health Benefits

Salmon is one of the healthiest fish you can incorporate into your diet. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals that are beneficial for the heart and overall body health. The American Heart Association recommends consuming two servings of fatty fish such as salmon a week. Moreover, pure maple syrup in the recipe instead of refined sugar can help lower blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity. When you consider the health benefits that all these ingredients can provide, you have yourself a meal that is beneficial in more ways than one. This recipe is not only high in nutrients that boost heart health but also low in calories and sugar. Here's how to make it.
