3 Hydrating Popsicle Recipes For Summer

  • 1/4 tsp. celtic sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

Watermelon Popsicles

  • 6 cups cubed Watermelon
  • 2 tbsp. fresh Lime Juice

 



Instructions:

Hydrating Berry Popsicles
  1. Blend the blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and mix in the coconut water and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Citrus Electrolyte Popsicles for Kids
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, coconut water, honey, and salt until the honey is dissolved and everything is well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Watermelon Popsicles
  1. Blend the watermelon and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove any extra bits.
  3. Pour the strained liquid into popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
