Chocolate mousse ingredients
- 1/2 cup of melted bittersweet chocolate chips
- 4 large chopped ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- Fresh raspberries (optional)
Before starting, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler and set aside to cool slightly before combining with the remaining ingredients.
To make this delicious mousse, simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
